Returns & Exchanges

At Trax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
